Bitbucket Pipeline在Windows自托管运行器执行简单命令失败求助

我在Windows自托管运行器上使用Bitbucket Pipeline，已经把构建步骤简化到只执行echo $env:SOLUTION_NAME，但每次执行都失败。尝试在脚本末尾添加exit 0后问题依旧，至今从未成功完成过一次构建。

我的Pipeline配置代码如下：
