Python代码使用NumPy模块，直接运行脚本正常，但通过PyInstaller打包为EXE后，本地运行报错（该EXE在另一台电脑可正常运行），错误信息如下：

解决方法 #

1. 适配NumPy与Python版本 #

卸载当前NumPy，安装和Python3.9兼容的稳定版本：

pip uninstall numpy -y
pip install numpy==1.23.5

同时更新PyInstaller到最新稳定版：

pip install --upgrade pyinstaller

2. 强制收集NumPy所有依赖 #

打包时添加--collect-all numpy参数，确保PyInstaller打包NumPy的全部关联文件：

pyinstaller --collect-all numpy test_numpy.py

3. 安装缺失的系统依赖 #

错误根源可能是本地缺少NumPy依赖的Visual C运行库，安装对应Python3.9的Microsoft Visual C Redistributable（2015-2022版本）。

4. 清理缓存后重新打包 #

删除PyInstaller生成的build、dist文件夹及.spec文件，再重新执行打包命令，避免缓存干扰。

5. 使用干净虚拟环境打包 #
