使用unattend.xml的SynchronousCommand执行msiexec却异步运行的问题

1. 修正msiexec命令格式 #

msiexec本身支持阻塞等待，不需要嵌套start /wait，直接用带静默参数的命令即可，PowerShell会默认等待进程结束：

msiexec /i "C:\绝对路径\你的安装包.msi" /qn /norestart

• /qn：完全静默安装（无任何界面，适配自动化场景）

查看日志末尾是否有Installation completed successfully的标记，确认主进程是否真的提前结束。
