Azure Communication Service Rooms无法发起呼叫：用户不在邀请列表问题

• 已基于Azure Communication Service Rooms搭建示例应用，创建了包含指定参与者的房间，尝试通过房间ID调用callAgent.join发起呼叫：

call = callAgent.join(roomCallLocator, { videoOptions })

• 呼叫代理初始化视频流后立即断开，抛出**「用户不在邀请列表」**错误，但通过roomsClient.listParticipants(roomId)查询确认该参与者已在房间参与者列表中。
• 尝试手动将参与者添加到呼叫对象，代码如下：

const participantsList = await roomsClient.listParticipants(roomId)

   call.addParticipant(participant.id)    
}

• 执行后仍出现呼叫启动即结束的情况，抛出错误code: 403 subCode: 5828，日志中的异常详情：
