使用Prisma创建关联表嵌套记录时遇外键约束错误求助

1. 核心Schema错误：ShoppingListIngredient关联字段配置错误 #

你的ShoppingListIngredient模型中，ingredient关联的fields参数配置错误，这是触发外键约束失败的直接原因：

原错误代码：

ingredient     IngredientDetails @relation("shoppingListIngredient", fields: [shoppingListId], references: [id])

正确配置应该使用ingredientId作为关联字段，因为该字段是连接到IngredientDetails.id的外键：

这个错误会让Prisma试图将ShoppingListIngredient.shoppingListId同时关联到ShoppingList.id和IngredientDetails.id，完全违背设计意图，直接导致外键约束冲突。

2. MealPlan与ShoppingList的关联设计优化（可选但更合理） #

你当前的设计让MealPlan.id直接作为ShoppingList.id的外键，意味着购物清单ID必须和对应膳食计划ID完全一致，限制了购物清单的独立性（比如后续无法创建不关联膳食计划的独立购物清单）。更合理的一对一关联方式是给ShoppingList添加mealPlanId字段：
