python-docx删除Word文档w:sdt参考文献后保存不生效问题求助

我的最终目标是从Microsoft Word文档中查找并删除所有参考文献章节。目前python-docx没有针对w:sdt标签（用于参考文献）的API支持，参考相关方案后使用了以下代码：

解决思路 #

• 检查字段缓存：Word会缓存字段结果，即使删除了sdt标签，残留的字段结果可能仍显示。打开Word后按Ctrl+A选中全部内容，再按F9更新所有字段，查看参考文献是否消失。
• 清理关联数据源：参考文献通常关联文档内部的引文数据，需要删除docx包中customXml目录下的相关文件，彻底清除数据源。
• 全面遍历删除内容控件：当前代码只处理了段落内的sdt元素，需遍历文档所有位置（如表格、页眉页脚、节）的内容控件，确保所有参考文献相关的sdt标签都被删除。
• 新建文档保存：创建新的docx文档对象，将处理后的内容复制到新文档中再保存，避免原文档的缓存数据干扰。
• 验证XML完整性：解压处理后的docx文件，检查word/document.xml、word/footer.xml、word/header.xml等文件，确认无残留的参考文献相关元素。
