Jupyter Notebook频繁触发tornado.web.HTTPError 403 Forbidden问题求助

• 系统环境：Ubuntu 22.04，存在2个用户；此前Isaac Sim在Jupyter Notebook中运行正常，近期出现异常
• 触发命令：执行jupyter notebook --MappingKernelManager.default_kernel_name="Isaac Sim Python 3" $@ || error_exit启动服务器，初期无异常，但输出浏览器访问链接后开始高频刷出tornado.web.HTTPError: HTTP 403: Forbidden错误，典型请求为403 GET /api/kernels?1711376170026（请求参数持续递增）
• 异常特征：浏览器可正常打开并运行内核，但该错误无明确触发规律，并非每次启动都会出现
• 扩展异常：当终端中Jupyter内核启动正常时，在VSCode的Jupyter Notebook中选择该内核，同样会触发相同的403错误
