解决GitHub Codespaces中postCreateCommand找不到cargo的问题

问题原因

通过onCreateCommand安装rustup后，cargo的路径默认被添加到~/.bashrc或~/.profile这类shell配置文件中，但postCreateCommand运行的是非交互式非登录shell，不会自动加载这些配置，因此无法识别cargo命令。而终端中手动运行能成功，是因为终端属于交互式shell，会自动加载配置文件中的环境变量。

解决方案

修改.devcontainer.json的postCreateCommand，通过以下两种方式确保能正确调用cargo：

方案1：加载rustup环境变量文件（推荐）

这种方式会完整加载rustup配置的所有环境变量，后续相关命令都能正常使用：
