使用geom_segment()自定义Y轴排序及统一图例尺寸

问题1：Y轴id按first_event日期排序失效 #

由于每个id对应多行数据，直接排序整个数据集后提取唯一id无法得到正确的分组排序结果。需要先按region分组，提取每个id的最早first_event日期，再基于该日期排序生成id的顺序，最后将id转为因子指定排序后的层级。

原代码通过多次调用geom_segment分别设置不同country的线段尺寸，导致图例中的线段尺寸跟随各自的图层设置出现差异。可通过以下两种方式解决：

方法一：将size映射到aes，统一控制 #

将size放入aes映射中，通过scale_size_manual指定每个country的线段尺寸，再通过guides统一图例的线段大小并隐藏不必要的size图例。
