解决Amplify生成UserModel列表无法修改的问题

问题原因

Amplify从数据源返回的模型实例中，列表字段默认是固定长度的不可变列表（比如通过List.unmodifiable生成），哪怕你在模型初始化时写了followers: []和following: []，实际获取到的实例列表并不支持增删操作，直接调用add/remove就会触发Unsupported operation: Cannot add to a fixed-length list错误。

解决方案

在修改列表前，先将原不可变列表转换为可扩容的列表，再进行操作，最后通过copyWith生成新的User实例提交修改。
