Windows10下Git拉取GitHub仓库遇SSL本地颁发者证书获取失败问题

• 临时跳过SSL验证（仅应急使用）
  执行命令关闭全局SSL验证：

  git config --global http.sslVerify false
  

  问题解决后务必恢复验证以保证安全：

  git config --global http.sslVerify true
  

• 更新Git根证书

  1. 找到Git安装目录下的证书文件，常见路径为：
     • 64位Git：C:\Program Files\Git\mingw64\ssl\certs\ca-bundle.crt
     • 32位Git：C:\Program Files (x86)\Git\mingw32\ssl\certs\ca-bundle.crt
  2. 替换该文件内容为最新的Mozilla根证书集合，或执行命令指定证书路径：
