问题根源分析 #

• mailto:方式失效：该方式依赖用户本地邮件客户端，当前主流浏览器普遍拦截或默认不支持，完全不可靠。
• 原生mail()函数无效：Google Cloud Instance默认未配置本地邮件服务器（如Postfix），且GCP会限制出站SMTP流量（仅授权服务的587端口除外），直接发送的邮件也极易被当作垃圾邮件拒收。

第一步：排查PHP运行日志 #

先通过日志确认mail()函数的具体错误：

1. 登录GCP实例SSH
2. 查看Web服务器的PHP错误日志（以Apache为例）：

tail -f /var/log/apache2/error.log

提交表单后，日志会显示mail()调用失败的具体原因，比如缺少邮件服务器配置、权限问题等。

推荐解决方案：使用SMTP发送邮件（以Gmail为例） #

替换原生mail()函数，改用PHPMailer通过SMTP协议发送，稳定性和成功率更高。

1. 安装PHPMailer #

3. 配置Gmail应用专用密码 #

• 登录Gmail账号，必须开启两步验证
• 进入Google账号安全设置，找到「应用专用密码」，生成一个用于PHPMailer的密码，替换代码中的your-app-specific-password

4. 修正HTML表单的action属性 #

将原表单的action="mailto:mymail@gmail.com"改为：

同时移除enctype="text/plain"，保持默认的application/x-www-form-urlencoded格式，便于PHP处理表单数据。

额外注意事项 #

• 若不使用Gmail，可替换为SendGrid、Mailgun等第三方邮件服务，只需修改对应的SMTP主机、端口和认证信息即可
• 确认GCP实例的VPC防火墙规则允许出站587端口流量（默认已允许）
