解决方案：同时实现ImageView居中与自适应缩放

问题核心：设置setManaged(false)会让ImageView脱离BorderPane的布局控制，导致居中失效；不设置该属性时，ImageView的节点尺寸由自身默认大小决定，绑定的fitHeight/fitWidth仅缩放图像内容，但节点无法填满BorderPane的中心区域。

解决思路

用StackPane作为ImageView的容器：

StackPane会自动占满BorderPane的中心区域，随BorderPane同步缩放
StackPane默认将子节点居中显示
将ImageView的尺寸绑定到StackPane的尺寸，实现图像自适应容器大小
