Spring Batch读取CSV转Tarification对象时解析错误求助

尝试读取CSV文件并将数据转换为Tarification对象，但始终遇到解析错误。已尝试移除引号、修改分隔符、测试其他数据、检查字段名等操作，问题仍未解决。

问题源于CSV格式与Spring Batch配置不匹配，以及Tarification类缺少必要的构造方法：

1. CSV行被整体包裹在引号中：Spring Batch默认不会识别这种格式，会把整行当成单个字段，无法按;分割为4个目标字段，导致解析失败。
2. 缺少无参构造方法：BeanWrapperFieldSetMapper需要目标类提供无参构造才能完成对象映射，当前类只有带参构造，会导致映射失败。

修改步骤： #

1. 配置Spring Batch处理带引号的CSV行

在FlatFileItemReaderBuilder中添加引号字符配置：
