Highcharter中X轴日期格式化及添加图表页脚的问题

1. 修复X轴日期显示异常 #

你设置了X轴为datetime类型，但直接传入的是2001-2020的整数年份，Highcharter的时间轴不认纯数字，得把年份转成毫秒级的Unix时间戳才行——简单说就是把年份变成具体的日期（比如每年1月1日），再转成时间戳格式。
