如何在ServiceNow变更请求创建中动态填充start_date字段？

方法1：在当前步骤直接生成UTC时间 #

无需依赖前序任务，直接在Snow-Change-Creation任务中新增步骤生成UTC时间，再在ServiceNow步骤中引用：

方法2：修正前序任务输出的引用方式 #

你之前的问题是引用前序任务输出时未使用GitHub Actions表达式语法，正确的引用需要用${{ ... }}包裹。同时要确保前序任务生成的是UTC时间：
