Laravel执行db:seed遇users.email唯一约束冲突，已试fake()->unique(true)

我在开发Laravel项目时，执行php artisan db:seed命令一直碰到问题。已经试过用fake()->unique(true)生成唯一邮箱，但还是报错，必须在周一前搞定。错误信息如下：

排查与解决办法 #

1. 清理已有重复数据 #

先检查users表是否已经存在test@example.com这条记录：

SELECT * FROM users WHERE email = 'test@example.com';

如果存在，直接删除该记录，或者执行以下命令重置数据库并重新seed：

php artisan migrate:fresh --seed

2. 修正Factory的邮箱生成逻辑 #

确保UserFactory里的邮箱是动态生成的唯一值，不要硬编码：

如果有这类代码，要么删除，要么把邮箱改成动态生成的唯一值。
