设置targetSdk为34后，后台Activity无法接收前台服务更新的解决方法

问题根源 #

Android 14 强化了后台Activity的生命周期限制，当Activity退至后台处于Stopped状态时，LiveData通过observe绑定的默认观察者会自动转为非活跃状态，无法接收postValue的更新，直到Activity重新回到前台恢复活跃。

适配方案 #

1. 改用observeForever保持观察者活跃 #

在MainActivity中使用observeForever替代普通observe，强制观察者始终处于活跃状态，即使Activity后台也能接收更新。必须在Activity销毁时手动移除观察者，避免内存泄漏：

通过本地广播在服务和Activity间传递事件，后台Activity也能接收：
