同时访问releases.hashicorp.com时提示此内容当前在您所在地区不可用，核心原因是网络访问限制导致无法连接HashiCorp官方服务。

解决步骤 #

1. 配置国内Provider镜像源 #

在本地创建或修改Terraform配置文件：

• Linux/macOS：编辑~/.terraformrc
• Windows：编辑%APPDATA%\terraform.rc

添加以下内容，替换为国内可访问的镜像源：

provider_installation {
  network_mirror {
    url = "https://mirrors.aliyun.com/terraform/"
    include = ["registry.terraform.io/*/*"]
  }
}

保存后重新执行terraform init

2. 手动下载Provider插件（备选方案） #

如果镜像源无法使用，可手动获取插件：

• 下载对应版本的AWS Provider压缩包（如terraform-provider-aws_5.46.0_<系统架构>.zip）
• 解压后将插件文件放到指定目录：
  • Linux/macOS：~/.terraform.d/plugins/registry.terraform.io/hashicorp/aws/5.46.0/<系统架构>
  • Windows：%APPDATA%\terraform.d\plugins\registry.terraform.io\hashicorp\aws\5.46.0\<系统架构>
• 重新执行terraform init

3. 配置网络代理（可选） #

通过代理绕过访问限制：

• Linux/macOS终端执行：

export HTTP_PROXY=http://你的代理地址:端口
export HTTPS_PROXY=http://你的代理地址:端口

• Windows PowerShell执行：

$env:HTTP_PROXY="http://你的代理地址:端口"
