Git Commit无法在GitHub执行，多终端报错求助

• 在CMD、Git Bash、VS Code、RubyMine中执行Git Commit操作均失败
• VS Code显示对应截图报错，所有终端显示另一截图错误
• 手动创建文件无法解决该问题
