使用C# AWS SDK创建Pinpoint Segment和Journey时无联系人问题

问题现象 #

• 使用C# AWS SDK（.NET Framework 4.8）从S3存储桶的CSV文件导入创建Segment，等待导入任务完成后创建关联该Segment的Journey
• Journey设置为ACTIVE后创建成功，但无法获取Segment中的联系人；手动创建的Segment+Journey组合则可正常获取联系人
• 代码创建的Segment显示无条目，曾短暂出现“Segment no longer exists”提示后消失

排查与解决步骤 #

1. 确认导入任务的真实完成状态 #

不要仅依赖任务的Status字段为COMPLETED，需额外验证以下关键指标：

• 检查ImportJobResponse中的FailedPieces是否为0，CompletedPieces是否等于TotalPieces
• 确认NumberOfRecordsProcessed和NumberOfRecordsCreated与CSV文件中的记录数匹配

导入任务标记完成后，Pinpoint内部需要时间将数据同步到Segment查询引擎，建议在创建Journey前：

• 增加30-60秒的等待时间，或轮询Segment的EstimatedCount字段，直到其大于0再执行Journey创建逻辑

确保SDK使用的IAM角色拥有以下核心权限：

• mobiletargeting:GetImportJob：获取导入任务状态
• mobiletargeting:GetSegment：查询Segment详情
• mobiletargeting:CreateJourney：创建Journey
• s3:GetObject：读取S3中的CSV文件

5. 验证CSV文件格式合法性 #

• 确保CSV包含Pinpoint必填字段（如Address或User.UserId）
• 确认文件编码为UTF-8，无格式错误或特殊字符干扰
• 手动导入该CSV文件，验证是否能生成有数据的Segment，排除文件本身问题

6. 检查Journey的Segment关联逻辑 #

确保创建Journey时，正确传入了Segment的ID，无拼写或参数传递错误：
