使用Excel VBA从Outlook中Gmail账户发邮件失败问题求助

一、先确认所有已配置的账户信息 #

三、为什么之前的方法失败？ #

• 索引越界：Outlook的Accounts集合索引从1开始，但如果Session.Accounts.Count小于4就会报错。这说明你在Outlook界面看到的4个账户，可能并非都属于当前会话的独立账户（比如部分是Exchange账户下的共享邮箱、或配置在其他Profile中）。
• SendUsingAccount直接赋值字符串无效：这个属性要求的是Account对象，不是字符串地址，直接写邮箱地址会被忽略，自动使用默认账户发送。
• SentOnBehalfOfName无法发送：Gmail普通账户不支持“发送代表”功能，只有Google Workspace（原G Suite）账户配置委派权限后才能使用，所以这个方法不适用。

四、如果账户列表仍不显示全部4个账户 #

打开Outlook的「文件」→「信息」→「账户设置」→「账户设置」，确认所有账户都是独立配置的POP/IMAP账户，而非Exchange账户下的共享邮箱。如果是多Profile场景，需要在VBA中指定加载对应的Profile：
