Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS安装pip2或pip3时互相移除的问题

我是Linux新手，在Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS系统中想要安装pip2和pip3。已确认Python2.7与Python3均可正常运行，但安装其中一个时会自动移除另一个，这与我的预期不符。
