问题根源 #

批量勾选复选框时，onEdit触发器会连续快速触发多次，脚本并发执行时，原逻辑的保护检查可能因竞态条件失效——前一个脚本还未完成保护创建，后一个脚本已检查到无匹配保护，进而重复创建。此外，解锁逻辑仅移除第一个匹配的保护实例，导致残留多重保护。

修复方案 #

1. 添加脚本锁：用LockService防止脚本并发执行，避免重复创建保护
