Upwork API报错299：无效密钥问题排查求助

发送任意请求时均返回如下错误：

message : <message>Warning: 299 - "Accessing API with invalid key"</message>

已将access token以Bearer token形式随请求发送，且确认API配置、授权信息均无问题。

我使用下述URL获取access token：
https://www.upwork.com/ab/account-security/oauth2/authorize?response_type=token&client_id=${CLIENT_ID}&redirect_uri=${encodeURIComponent(REDIRECT_URI)}
