WinUI3中ListView拖拽重排致应用崩溃问题求助

开发WinUI3应用时，尝试为ListView实现拖拽重排列表项功能，操作时应用持续崩溃。

• C#调试器无异常提示，附加原生调试器后捕获到访问违例错误：
  Exception thrown at 0x00007FFC1D03EFDC (Microsoft.ui.xaml.dll) in WinUi3Test.exe: 0xC0000005: Access violation reading location 0x0000000000000000.
• 网络搜索发现相关问题多为已修复的GitHub Issue，推测可能需要升级WinAppSDK版本
