Quarkus升级后OTel日志被Context错误信息淹没的解决求助

升级Quarkus从3.x版本到3.9版本后，我们在使用遥测功能时发现日志被大量重复信息刷屏，升级到3.10版本后问题仍未解决。

刷屏的日志内容如下：
