Discovery Studio无法进行蛋白预处理与分子对接问题求助

近期通过Localhost方式激活Discovery Studio，软件其他功能运行正常，但蛋白预处理和分子对接环节持续报错，尝试多种解决方案并多次重装软件后问题仍未解决，寻求帮助。

1. 预处理蛋白（以1EQG为例）时触发错误：

Open coordinate file C:/Program Files/BIOVIA/PPS/web/jobs/user/B6941BC0-AB72-41B0-81A0-E27C105216A1/Intermediate/SideChains/HBuild/1EQG_hbuild.crd failed

2. 使用已预处理蛋白执行参考配体对接时，出现错误：

charmm.log not found. CHARMm has failed to run.
 Docking failed.
 Please review the Failed Ligands file
