1. 动态生成通知Channel ID：每次创建通知都生成新Channel，导致系统Channel数量过多，部分设备对多Channel的渲染逻辑存在兼容性问题。

针对性修改方案 #

1. 固定通知Channel ID #

所有OTP通知共用同一个Channel，避免系统Channel管理混乱：
