Xcode 15.3运行macOS应用失败：NSPOSIXErrorDomain 153

数月前我的macOS应用CloudKitCMS运行正常，近期在Xcode 15.3中运行阶段突然失败，但构建阶段无异常。运行时弹出错误窗口：

无法启动“CloudKitCMS”
