安装netifaces包时触发编译链接错误，具体报错信息如下：

已安装Visual Studio，但问题仍未解决。

可行解决方案 #

• 优先使用预编译二进制包
  跳过本地编译步骤，直接安装PyPI提供的预编译wheel：

  pip install netifaces --only-binary :all:
