修复步骤 #

1. 更新ViewModel

将SelectedContactGroups替换为存储选中组ID的List<int>属性：

额外注意事项 #

• 确认你的InsertAsync方法执行后，数据库生成的Id值会自动填充到newContact对象中（EF Core默认支持，自定义仓储需验证实现逻辑）。
• 若允许联系人不属于任何组，可跳过空值判断；若强制要求选择组，可在ModelState中添加对应验证规则。
