更换服务器IP后Bind DNS服务器停止工作的问题求助

大家好，我最近碰到个头疼的问题——把服务器从美国迁移到立陶宛之后，Bind DNS服务器直接罢工了。现在我只能用自己的IP地址连接数据库和Virtualmin，域名完全没法正常对外解析，外网根本访问不了我的服务。

我把当前Bind的核心配置文件贴出来，麻烦各位帮忙看看哪里出问题了：

我自己初步检查了防火墙，已经开放了53端口的UDP和TCP，而且域名注册商那边也更新了NS记录指向新的服务器IP，但问题还是没解决。有没有大佬能指点一下，我接下来该排查哪些地方？
