已确认文件存在，且尝试过application/csv、text/csv等Content-Type，但文件内容仍直接显示在浏览器而非触发下载，恳请帮忙解决。

• 排查并清除意外输出：
  发送HTTP头之前，任何字符（包括PHP文件开头的空格、BOM、注释外的冗余字符，或是前置代码的echo/print输出）都会导致头信息失效，浏览器无法识别下载指令。可以在清理缓冲区后开启新缓冲区，全程杜绝额外输出：
