Windows 10 Pro系统DNS随机故障排查求助

几个月前我开始遇到DNS问题，至今没解决。白天会随机出现浏览器无法访问网络的情况，弹出**“DNS probe finished no internet”**错误。有时候过几分钟自己恢复，有时候得重启电脑才行。

我已经尝试了以下排查步骤：

• 故障出现在多个浏览器和应用程序中
• 尝试过重启路由器
• 从主板自带的以太网切换到PCI-E无线网卡，两种连接方式都会出现故障
• 手动设置DNS地址为8.8.8.8和8.8.4.4
• 关闭了IPv6
• 在另一台电脑上测试同一WiFi/路由器，从未出现问题
• 重新安装过Windows系统
• 执行过以下清除DNS缓存的命令：
  • ipconfig /flushdns
  • ipconfig /registerdns
  • ipconfig /release
  • ipconfig /renew
  • netsh winsock reset

我还用命令行做了调试，结果如下：

从结果能看到，DNS服务器是可以连通的，但nslookup无法正常解析；直接ping谷歌的IP地址没问题，说明不是网络连通性的问题。

我已经想不到其他办法了，会不会是硬件问题？大家还有什么建议吗？
