Mac重装Anaconda后jupyter server --generate-config命令执行失败求助

问题根源 #

报错核心是Python版本冲突：系统调用的是Homebrew安装的JupyterLab，但它同时加载了Anaconda Python 3.11的包，又调用了系统Python 3.12的模块，版本不匹配导致zmq模块出现循环导入错误。

解决步骤 #

1. 激活Anaconda基础环境

确保使用Anaconda自带的Python环境，避免与Homebrew的Python冲突：

source /opt/anaconda3/bin/activate base

验证当前Python路径是否为Anaconda的：

which python

正确输出应为：/opt/anaconda3/bin/python

2. 重装Jupyter相关依赖

在激活的base环境中，卸载并重新安装冲突的依赖包：

pip uninstall -y jupyter-server jupyter-client pyzmq
pip install jupyter-server jupyter-client pyzmq

3. 重新生成配置文件

现在执行生成命令：

jupyter server --generate-config

可选：清理Homebrew的Jupyter（避免后续冲突）

如果不需要Homebrew安装的JupyterLab，可直接卸载：

brew uninstall jupyterlab
