Outlook、Yahoo这类大型邮箱服务商有严格的反垃圾机制，直接裸连接SMTP会被拦截，核心原因包括：

修复方案 #

1. 强制启用TLS加密 #

替换本地主机名为可反向解析的公网域名，或至少使用规范的域名格式（如your-domain.com），避免使用本地主机名。
