Yeoman搭建VSCode扩展Quickstart失败：Hello World命令不显示

我按照VSCode扩展官方快速入门指南，用Yeoman创建扩展。运行yo code生成项目后启动扩展调试窗口，但“Hello World”命令始终不显示（操作系统为MacOS）。试过yarn和npm两种包管理器，结果一致。已经确认VSCode版本满足要求，甚至把package.json里的最低版本要求改成^0.0.0也没变化。另外发现快速入门指南似乎过时了，Yeoman的提示选项和指南里不一样，实际生成时的交互如下：

排查解决步骤 #

• 核对命令ID一致性：打开package.json，确认contributes.commands中的命令ID和src/extension.ts里vscode.commands.registerCommand的第一个参数完全一致，比如必须都是helloworld.helloWorld
• 检查调试配置：查看.vscode/launch.json，确保配置项正确：

  如果MacOS下默认路径有问题，可手动指定runtimeExecutable为/Applications/Visual Studio Code.app/Contents/MacOS/Electron
• 查看调试控制台日志：启动调试后打开「调试控制台」，检查是否有报错信息（比如编译失败、模块加载错误），这些会直接导致命令无法注册
• 排查扩展冲突：在调试窗口中禁用所有第三方扩展，只保留当前的HelloWorld扩展，避免其他扩展干扰命令注册
• 重新生成项目：更新generator-code到最新版本（执行npm update -g generator-code），重新生成项目时选择none作为打包工具，再测试命令是否正常显示
