使用Expo创建React Native项目时遇E404错误求助

尝试用Expo初始化React Native新项目，执行命令npx create-expo-app并输入项目名Test后，出现以下错误：

已重装Node.js至v20.13.1、npm至v10.8.0（操作系统为Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS），问题仍未解决。单独执行npm pack expo-template-default@latest --dry-run --json时返回E404错误：
