问题原因及修复方案

1. 核心问题：移除Tomcat但未替换Servlet容器

你的spring-boot-starter-web依赖中排除了spring-boot-starter-tomcat，但没有引入其他Servlet容器实现（如Undertow、Jetty），导致Spring Boot无法找到ServletWebServerFactory的实例。

修复方式：

如果不需要替换Tomcat，直接删除spring-boot-starter-web中的Tomcat排除配置；

如果需要替换，添加以下任意一种容器依赖：
