Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS下安装libcloog-isl-dev失败求助

我重装Ubuntu后尝试安装CLooG，执行了这条命令：

sudo apt install libcloog-isl-dev

但终端返回了如下错误：

Package libcloog-isl-dev is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source

E: Package 'libcloog-isl-dev' has no installation candidate

之前这么安装完全没问题，可现在我还没找到解决办法。我试过这个帖子里的方案："is not available, but is referred to by another package" - finding that package，但还是没用。

我的系统是Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS，另外我不确定这个问题是不是和CLooG官网跳转到商业科技网站有关。
