在AWS EC2 Ubuntu实例中安装vagrant-aws插件时遭遇libvirt依赖错误的求助

我正在尝试在AWS EC2的Ubuntu实例上部署Vagrant，目前已经完成了这些操作：

• 安装了Vagrant
• 安装了一个测试用的Vagrant Box
• 安装了Vagrant的libvirt插件以及libvirt守护进程

不过之前做KVM兼容性检查时发现，这个实例的CPU不支持KVM扩展，所以没法启用KVM。现在我卡在安装vagrant-aws插件这一步了：
一开始报错是因为JSON文件版本不匹配，我已经修复了这个问题，但现在又出现了新的错误提示：

Vagrant failed to install the requested plugin because it depends
on a library which is not currently installed on this system. The
following library is required by the 'vagrant-aws' plugin:
libvirt
Please install the library and then run the command again.

这个问题现在快把我搞疯了！如果需要更多排查信息随时跟我说，谢谢！
