无法将代码推送到GitHub仓库，执行git add .时报错求助

• 先排查chat/目录是否为嵌套Git仓库：
  执行ls -la chat/（Linux/macOS）或dir /a chat\（Windows），如果目录内存在.git文件夹，说明它是独立的Git仓库，嵌套在主项目中导致冲突。

• 针对嵌套仓库的两种处理方案：

  1. 若chat/无需作为独立仓库，直接删除其内部的.git文件夹：

     rm -rf chat/.git  # Linux/macOS
     # Windows命令行执行：
     rmdir /s /q chat\.git
     

     完成后重新执行git add .即可正常添加文件。
  2. 若chat/需要作为子模块使用，先初始化并更新子模块：

     git submodule init
     git submodule update
     

     子模块初始化完成后再尝试提交操作。

• 备选方案：
  暂时将chat/目录移出项目根目录，先执行git add .、git commit提交其他文件，之后将chat/放回项目，重新执行添加提交流程。

• 验证操作：
  执行git status查看文件状态，确认chat/被识别为普通项目目录而非嵌套仓库后，再进行后续的git add .、git commit、git push操作。
