flexdashboard启用runtime:shiny后DT数据表无数据显示及交互实现求助

问题根源 #

启用runtime: shiny后，flexdashboard进入Shiny响应式环境，直接调用datatable()无法被Shiny正确解析渲染，必须使用DT包为Shiny提供的专用渲染组合：renderDataTable()（服务器端逻辑） + dataTableOutput()（前端输出容器）。

修复步骤与完整实现 #

1. 修正DT渲染逻辑 #

将原有的datatable()调用包裹在renderDataTable()中，并用dataTableOutput()指定前端输出位置。同时修正代码中的拼写错误（bulding_area → building_area），避免潜在数据读取问题。

2. 实现行点击交互 #

利用Shiny自动生成的input$property_characteristics_table_rows_selected对象获取选中行索引，提取目标列（如隐藏的account列）的值，供其他组件调用。

## 关键说明
- 在Shiny环境下，所有需要响应式交互的组件必须遵循"输出容器-服务器渲染"的模式，DT组件也不例外。
- `input$[tableId]_rows_selected`是DT自动生成的响应式对象，存储当前选中行的索引，可直接用于从原始数据集中提取对应字段。
- 隐藏列（如`account`）的数据依然保留在原始数据中，无需额外配置即可读取。
