核心错误原因 #

1. 冗余无效代码：循环外的$site = $site.SiteUrl完全多余，此时$site变量尚未定义，执行后会将$site设为$null，虽然后续foreach会重新赋值，但这行代码属于无效干扰项，必须删除。
2. CSV表头不匹配：报错的直接原因是$siteUrl为$null，说明代码无法从CSV中读取到对应值。请确认你的CSV文件第一行（表头）必须包含精确匹配的列名：SiteUrl和SiteRelativeUrl，大小写、拼写、空格必须完全一致（比如不能写成siteurl、Site URL）。
