AWS EC2 Ubuntu 20.04实例中Apache无法使用公网IP配置Listen指令启动的问题求助

各位好，我目前在用AWS EC2上的Ubuntu 20.04实例，已经安装了apache2，正在配置它的Listen指令。

可我没办法把EC2实例的公网IP填到Listen IP:port指令里——只要填了公网IP，Apache就启动失败，报错信息如下：

Job for apache2.service failed because the control process exited with error code.
See "systemctl status apache2.service" and "journalctl -xe" for details.

但如果我用私网IP加端口的组合来配置Listen指令，Apache就能正常启动。有没有哪位知道这是怎么回事呀？
