Ubuntu系统Thunderbolt扩展坞外接双显示器无法正常工作的问题求助

大家好，我正在尝试让我的Ubuntu笔记本通过Thunderbolt连接新扩展坞，实现全功能直通，但外接显示器这块遇到了麻烦，想请社区的大佬们帮忙看看。

硬件信息 #

• 扩展坞：i-tec USB-C/Thunderbolt KVM扩展坞（双显示+65/100W供电），Thunderbolt 4输入，配备1个HDMI、1个DisplayPort输出接口
• 笔记本：System76 Darter Pro (darp5)，搭载集成Intel显卡（Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8565U CPU @ 1.80GHz）
• 显示器：两台27英寸LG QHD显示器，分辨率2560x1440，刷新率75Hz

问题详情 #

目前扩展坞的其他功能都正常，唯独外接显示器有两个不同的问题：

• HDMI接口连接的显示器：能在系统显示设置里被识别，也能点击启用，系统行为也表现得像显示器已经正常工作，但屏幕始终是黑屏状态
• DP接口连接的显示器：Ubuntu能识别到它的存在，但尝试启用时会弹出报错：could not set configuration for crtc 64

补充一下之前的情况：最开始刚接上扩展坞时，不管插哪台显示器，整个系统都会直接黑屏冻结，只有拔掉扩展坞后才会恢复，并弹出上面提到的crtc报错。后来我查了资料，把内核从5.3.0升级到了5.19.17，现在变成了上面的状态（能进行一些调试，但显示器问题依然存在）。不过这次内核升级没完全安装成功，等解决显示器问题后我打算切回原来的内核版本。

其他补充信息 #

• 升级内核后，执行lshw命令会出现段错误，我正在排查这个问题，暂时拿不到该命令的输出
• 我目前使用的是Unity7桌面环境，不是GNOME，不过两者都是基于X显示服务器的，不确定会不会影响显示器问题，还是特意提一下
• 我查过笔记本的官方规格，确认它应该支持通过Thunderbolt外接双显示器，所以觉得这个问题应该是可以解决的
