Azure Logic Apps连接Azure DevOps提示账户名无效问题求助

我有一个通过标准连接器连接Azure DevOps的Logic App，用于执行GetQuery、Update Item等操作。自6月10日起，该Logic App运行不再稳定，有时会在循环处理某一项目时报错。

使用的连接器：Azure DevOps（Visual Studio Team Services）标准连接器

即使不使用变量作为账户名（该配置已稳定运行一年多），问题仍然出现：
