解决Azure CLI配置Azure容器应用Mosquitto启动命令崩溃问题

问题背景 #

需要为Azure容器应用中的Mosquitto镜像覆盖默认启动命令，以匿名用户配置启动。该命令在Azure门户创建容器应用时可正常运行，但通过PowerShell执行Azure CLI命令时，容器实例崩溃（不指定--command参数则运行正常，问题出在命令配置），无额外错误信息，尝试多种写法均未解决。

目标启动命令 #

/bin/sh, -c, /usr/sbin/mosquitto -c mosquitto-no-auth.conf

关键修复点 #

1. 使用/bin/sh而非/bin/bash：eclipse-mosquitto官方镜像默认未预装bash，仅提供/bin/sh，用bash会导致找不到可执行文件，引发容器崩溃。
2. 拆分命令与参数：Azure CLI的--command仅指定启动的二进制文件路径，所有参数需通过--args逐个传递。PowerShell环境下需将每个参数作为独立项，避免用逗号或整串拼接。
3. 引号规范：使用双引号包裹路径和参数，避免PowerShell解析时出现转义错误。
