Apache配置问题：仅允许访问index.php却返回403禁止访问

当访问http://localhost/时，你请求的是目录而非具体的index.php文件，而你的配置中<Directory>块直接设置了Require all denied，这会先触发目录权限拒绝，即使Apache内部会尝试映射到index.php，也会因为目录权限规则优先生效而返回403错误。<Files "index.php">仅匹配明确请求/index.php的场景，对目录请求不生效。

修复步骤 #

1. 指定默认索引文件
   在httpd.conf中添加或确认存在以下指令，让Apache访问目录时自动加载index.php：

   DirectoryIndex index.php
   

2. 调整目录权限规则
   修改<Directory>配置，确保目录请求能被正确映射到index.php并允许访问，同时保持其他文件/目录的拒绝状态：
